Vladyslav Vlasiuk

Vladyslav Vlasiuk is the Sanctions Commissioner for President Volodymyr Zelenskiy of Ukraine and Secretary of the International Working Group on Russian Sanctions, where he coordinates global efforts to enhance and enforce sanctions against Russia. He plays a crucial role in formulating and implementing strategies to weaken the aggressor’s economic capacity and strengthen international support for Ukraine’s sovereignty. In addition to his governmental duties, he is a researcher and fellow at the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), contributing to policy analysis and academic discourse on sanctions, international law, and economic security.
