Carlos Montes-Galdón is an Adviser in the Directorate General of Economics at the European Central Bank. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University in the City of New York. His fields of interest include macroeconomics and monetary policy as well as quantitative methods and Bayesian statistics.
